Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our product! We have noticed that some customers have experienced malfunctions in their dashcams due to downloading or installing the wrong firmware. To avoid unnecessary losses, please be sure to check the device model and firmware version number carefully to ensure they match exactly. If you are not sure which firmware to download, please contact after-sales support immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Since the dashcam M660 of different batches adapts different materials, please refer to the article below first, download corresponding firmware according to the current firmware version on your dashcam.
There is the latest firmware version :
AZDOME-M660-CV-V0.1.9-260206
NOTE:
*If download the wrong firmware to update, the dash cam screen will go white or striped. You can update the original firmware to solve it.
*Please backup the important files because updating will delete all files.
1.Format
You can do this by going into the camera's system settings. (Please NOTE: Make sure to backup your recordings if you need them before formatting)
2.Check the Current Firmware Version
Go to system settings and select the Version, please remember it.
3.Connect the dash cam to a computer using the included short UsB Data cable
4.Download the Latest Firmware.
If your original firmware version is:

5.Unzip the downloaded firmware (Zip file) and copy all firmware files to the root directory of Embedded Multi Media Card card.
Please NOTE: Do NOT create any new folder on the root directory of Embedded Multi Media Card card to save the firmware files. Simply copy and paste the all files with names ending in ".bin" directly to the root directory on the root directory of Embedded Multi Media Card card.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the firmware's file name doesn't get changed. Otherwise, the camera will NOT recognize the firmware update.
6.Power on & Updating
Connect the camera to the car charger to start the firmware updateprocess. You should see the red light will be solid which means your M660 dash cam is updating the new firmware.
PLEASE NOTE:
-The firmware update may take up to about 1-2 mins. So please be patientMake sure the POWER does NOT get disconnected while the firmware isbeing updated. Once the firmware is updated, the camera will turn ONautomatically.

7.Format
Please go to system setting menu, there is a function named “Format” in the last menu, select OK.
Must FORMAT after updating, otherwise, the dashcam will update again when the next power-on.
8.Check the Latest Firmware Version
Power on the dashcam again and check the latest firmware version by going into the camera’s System Settings → Version.
Now you have Upgrade your dash camera's firmware successfully.
