I asked you three or four students who drove the car:
1, they were very popular. Their original saying is: ah, no camera can drive.
2, but only one of these students installed their own cameras, which seems to be self-contradictory.
What is the reason?
1, the road conditions in Russia are very poor. On the one hand, most of the roads in big cities are not spacious. In second ways, the Russians generally drive very fast, and the rate of drunk driving is very high. In Russia, there is a sentence similar to the fixed phrase: "Russia's two tragedies -- the road and the fool."
2, the Russian Road camera is completely inferior to China, and it is very difficult to obtain evidence. The Russian city (at least in the big cities) has maintained the Soviet-style, without large-scale urban construction (private property rights and cultural protection); therefore, there are no conditions on the road to erect a modern red and green light and a camera. From my personal observation, I saw similar cameras at several intersections and felt that the probability that five percent would not arrive.
