Dear Customer,

Since the dashcam PG19X of different batches adapts different materials, please refer to the article below first, MUST download corresponding firmware according to the current firmware version on your dashcam.
There are TWO batches of latest firmware version :
1. PG19X-DA218B-2022071521-AZJE
2. PG19X-7A20-240105AZJEW
If you already have the latest firmware version, but need to solve some unsure problems by updating firmware, please go on reading the text.

1.Formet Micro-SD card
Please format the Miro-SD card in dashcam : "System Settings"  → "Format SD Card".
(Please NOTE: Make sure to backup your recordings if you need them before formatting the Micro-SD card)

2.Download the Latest Firmware
Please write down the current firmware version of PG19X, then download the corresponding latest firmware.

3.Copy the Firmware File to the Micro-SD Card
Please insert the Micro-SD card to your laptop directly if you have the Micro-SD card slot and Micro-SD-adapter so you can access the Micro-SD card and copy the firmware file named "SD_CarDV.bin"  "FW96565A.bin" to it.
NOTE
-Do NOT create any new folder on the Micro-SD card to save the firmware file. Simply copy and paste the file directly to the Micro-SD card.
-Please make sure that the firmware's file name doesn't get changed. Otherwise, the camera will NOT recognize the firmware update.

4.Insert the MicroSD card into Dashcam
Now keep the camera plugged into the power and turned off dashcam. Then, Insert the Micro-SD card with the latest firmware file into the camera.

5.Power on the Dashcam
Press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds. This will start the firmware update process.
You should see the words "Read File" "Write Firmware" "Write done"on the screen, then dashcam will power OFF automatically when updating successfully.
NOTE
-Make sure the POWER does NOT get disconnected while the firmware is being updated.
-Once the firmware is updated, the camera will turn OFF automatically.

6.Check the Latest Firmware Version
Power on the dashcam again and check the latest firmware version by going into the "System Settings"  → "Version"  → PG19X-*****-**********.
Now you have Upgrade your dash camera's firmware successfully.
