Dear Customer,
Since the dashcam M300 of different batches adapts different materials, please refer to the article below first, download corresponding firmware according to the current firmware version on your dashcam.
There are TWO latest firmware version :
1，M300-SC7A20-220422AZVI
2，AZDOME-M300-230220
NOTE:
*If download the wrong firmware to update, the dash cam will not power on.
*Please backup the important files because updating will delete all files.
1.Formet Micro-SD card
Please format the Miro-SD card in your laptop. (Please NOTE: Make sure to backup your recordings if you need them before formatting the Micro-SD card)
2.Download the Latest Firmware
Please check the firmware version on AZODME APP：APP Settings → Firmware Version →M300-SC7A20-********** (photo as below)
If your current firmware version are :
M300-SC7A20-210811AZVI
M300-SC7A20-210817AZVI
M300-SC7A20-210826AZVI
Please download firmware file in your laptop by clicking on M300-SC7A20-220422AZVI
WHAT IS NEW

Please download firmware file in your laptop by clicking on AZDOME-M300-230220
WHAT IS NEW
1，Delete the GPS function
2，Add function menu Time Lapse Parking Monitor
3.Copy the firmware to Micro-SD Card
Please insert the Micro-SD card to your laptop directly if you have the Micro-SD card slot and Micro-SD-adapter so you can access the Micro-SD card and copy the firmware file named "SD_CarDV.bin" to it.
NOTE:
-Do NOT create any new folder on the Micro-SD card to save the firmware file. Simply copy and paste the file directly to the Micro-SD card.
-Please make sure that the firmware's file name doesn't get changed. Otherwise, the camera will NOT recognize the firmware update.
4.Insert the MicroSD card into Dashcam
Now keep the camera plugged into the power and turned off dashcam. Then, Insert the Micro-SD card with the latest firmware file into the camera.
5.Power on the Dashcam
Press the POWER button once. This will start the firmware update process, you should hear a voice "Updateing, please don't turn off deive" and the REC LED keep RED.
Then the dash cam will power off after about 30-40 seconds.
6.Check the Latest Firmware Version
Power on the dashcam again and check the latest firmware version by going into APP Settings → Firmware Version → *****-M300-*******
Now you have Upgrade your dash camera's firmware successfully.
