Determine whether JF68 Hub is suitable for your laptop according to the Port USB-C

Generally, the USB-C port in your laptop is design to
1. USB Power Delivery – Up to 100W of bi-directional power delivery
2. Data transfer – Transmission rates up to 10Gbps
3. Video Output – DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), which allows a USB-C equipped computer to connect directly to an external display or monitor so that to simulate the image or extend the desk.

However, the USB-C port of some laptops isn't equipped with all 3 functions as above. Before ordering AZDOME JF68 USB-C Adapter, it’s important to make sure the functional attributes of USB-C Female port on your laptop. If the USB-C port doesn’t support Video Output, then JF68 USB-C Adapter can’t work as your expectation.

2. If there’s no icon next to the USB-C port on your laptop, please visit the official website of your laptop to confirm whether the USB-C port of your laptop supports video output function.
