When I download the software I from the Google Drive it appears to be corrupted and will not open. Is it possible to email the file to me please?

Follow-up question please. When I connect the camera to my Windows desktop it does not locate it as a storage device. Should it or do I need to do something else so that I can access the files?  OR do I have to remove the SD card?

Sorry for the delay, you can try to use SD card reader to connect your computer
